Sales Associate or Broker Associates: 21 hours is comprised of (9 elective hours and 12 core hours consisting of four required subjects: Professional Conduct (PSC). Fair Housing (FHR), Broker Relationships Act (BRA), Hot Topic (HOT). Please see the course summaries in the catalog above for options from the required topics.
Note: This requirement does not apply to a provisional sales associate.

Managing Brokers, Proprietary Brokers, and Branch Brokers: Effective June 30, 2012 * 21 hours is comprised of (15 hour mandatory Broker in Charge course and 6 core hours consisting of at least two of the four required subjects: Professional Conduct (PSC). Fair Housing (FHR), Broker Relationships Act (BRA), Hot Topic (HOT). Please see the course summaries in the catalog above for options from the required topics. The CE Shop, Inc. currently does NOT offer the 15 hour mandatory Broker in Charge course.
CE Shop Offering: 6 hours
Reporting: Real estate course completions are reported to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission each business day. It may take an average of 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours. Please be patient with this process and understand that it may vary depending on your state. Course completion(s) are reported on the designated and publicly posted scheduled days. Course completion(s) will be reported the following scheduled reporting day from the course completion date(s).
Expiration date of course: Oklahoma courses will expire 6 months after the order date, per Oklahoma rules. Courses must be completed before the expiration date in order to receive credit.
Provisional Sales Associate Post Licensing: Provisional sales associates have separate and unique post-licensing requirement of (45 hours) which must be completed prior to their first license expiration date. Provisional sales associates are not required to complete real estate continuing education for their first renewal cycle. The CE Shop, Inc. currently does NOT offer this post-licensing course
Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with an 80% and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to pass.
Certificates: Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of seven (7) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificates of completion will reflect this.
